Suggested use

Adults: take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are currently bleeding or if your blood clots slowly (bleeding disorder). Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take blood-thinning (anticoagulant or antiplatelet) medication or any other medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use 2 weeks before scheduled surgery. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if any adverse reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and P.O. boxes. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Total delivery time is typically 4–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods processing may take longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page.

Sales tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can update the address only before the order ships. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped after you pay the shipping cost again.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the package and products. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Carriers

Orders ship with major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination and package size. A signature is not normally required.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. We are not able to ship to international addresses or to freight-forwarding services that re-export packages outside the United States.

Weather and holidays

Carrier delays caused by severe weather, peak holiday periods or other events outside our control may extend delivery times. We will help track any delayed package.
